　　Hello， my name is * * *。 What I have learned is travel service and tour guide。 Four years of campus life has taught me how to understand and care for others and make me stronger and independent。 Shape a healthy， confident self。

　　在校期間，經過自己的努力，取得了普通話二級乙，初級計算機。餐廳等證書。在假期日，為提高自身的工作能力，曾到紹興各個景點做講解員。期間不僅鍛煉了自己的口才，工作能力，更是增加了我的社會經歷。

　　實習期間至今在***擔任務講解員一職，工作期間負責館內海獅表演、人魚表演以及海洋生物的講解，講解中能做到口齒清楚，普通話標準，思路清晰。在這期間養成了良好的職業素質與素養，處事有責任心，有耐心。具有較強的溝通能力、客戶服務能力。

　　四年學校的學習生活和社會經歷，養成我自信的性格和踏實嚴謹的工作作風。然而，所學知識是有限的，因此，我將在今后工作中虛心學習，不斷鉆研，積累工作經驗，提高工作能力。
