問(wèn)題: 為什么離職?
好吧, 又是一個(gè)三遍的問(wèn)題! 所以大家在離職后找工作的時(shí)候, 這個(gè)問(wèn)題自己心里一定要有底, 基本上是逃不掉的吧.
我的回答就是為了職業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃而離職的. 具體原因可參見(jiàn)第一部分"離職原因"的分析.
這里還有一點(diǎn)要提的是, 回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題的時(shí)候, 面試官會(huì)可能會(huì)追問(wèn)你為什么上一家公司和你的職業(yè)發(fā)展不符合, 而SAP公司為什么又會(huì)符合的我的職業(yè)規(guī)劃的?
因?yàn)槲业拈L(zhǎng)久計(jì)劃是想成為IT咨詢(xún)師, 與之前公司的發(fā)展不一致, 所以想find the right way and get on the right bus.
問(wèn)題三: 為什么要來(lái)SAP? 為什么不去IBM, HP等等其它做IT咨詢(xún)的公司?
呃...我倒是想去, 可人家得也得要我才行呀!
呵...當(dāng)然不能這么說(shuō)啦. 不過(guò)這個(gè)問(wèn)題我還真沒(méi)想過(guò), 頓時(shí)有點(diǎn)手忙腳亂了. 后面才看出來(lái), 他給我下了個(gè)套, 壞人呢!
我就說(shuō)SAP在ERP的IT咨詢(xún)方面是世界的老大, IT咨詢(xún)非常之成熟. 與我的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)那真是契合的不得了呀, 當(dāng)然要選SAP啦.
所以對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō), SAP就是right bus啦. 只是不曉得, 對(duì)SAP來(lái)說(shuō), 我算不算right person了?!
他說(shuō)這次招得是開(kāi)發(fā)人員, 是純技術(shù)人員, 好像和我的遠(yuǎn)大志向不太合適吧?
我說(shuō)成為一個(gè)conslutant是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的目標(biāo), 但并不妨礙我現(xiàn)在繼續(xù)做開(kāi)發(fā), 而且還是在一個(gè)consluting公司做開(kāi)發(fā), 蠻合適的.
更何況就我現(xiàn)在的資歷, 直接出去做conslutant, 沒(méi)有相關(guān)的工作背景, 且沒(méi)有任何的domain背景, 估計(jì)也沒(méi)人會(huì)理我的.
所以我是做了長(zhǎng)期的打算, 想靜下心來(lái), 從一個(gè)開(kāi)發(fā)人員做起, 逐步了解公司的產(chǎn)品, 進(jìn)而了解產(chǎn)品所屬的domain, 從而最終邁向咨詢(xún)師的道路.
這條路走下去可能至少需要五年或十年的'時(shí)間才能入門(mén)吧, 我已經(jīng)做了心理準(zhǔn)備.

問(wèn)題: 你知道SAP是做什么的嗎? IT consluting與SAP consluting有什么區(qū)別?
經(jīng)過(guò)了上個(gè)問(wèn)題, 我的氣場(chǎng)明顯弱了許多. 感覺(jué)要壞事了.
果然, 我講了對(duì)SAP的了解, 其實(shí)了解的也并不是很多. 然后我無(wú)法區(qū)分IT consluting與SAP consluting...
這是我整個(gè)面試以來(lái), 唯一敗下陣來(lái)的地方.
然后他對(duì)我說(shuō), 其實(shí)我并不了解SAP和SAP做的事情, 也不明白IT consluting與SAP consluting的區(qū)別.
于是, 接下來(lái)的十幾分鐘時(shí), 他給我上了一課.
具體的內(nèi)容已經(jīng)無(wú)法記清了, 只記得他講過(guò), IT consluting與SAP consluting就是廣與專(zhuān)的區(qū)別.
就像本科生與研究生的區(qū)別.
按他的說(shuō)法, 本科生更多的是學(xué)習(xí)技能, 更多的是關(guān)注面的. 所以本科生畢業(yè)出去, 只要是同一個(gè)領(lǐng)域的公司, 都可以進(jìn).
而研究生則是更專(zhuān)注于某個(gè)方向,是點(diǎn)上的. 他們畢業(yè)出去, 可能只有找到與他們研究方向相匹配的公司, 才能夠得以一施所長(zhǎng).
