寫好個(gè)人自述的確不是一件容易的事，你需要投入很多的時(shí)間和精力。
每年高考自主招生簡章發(fā)布之后，很多高考生都忙著準(zhǔn)備自薦信和個(gè)人自述。根據(jù)往年參加自主招生高考生的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一味的抄范文是很容易在初審的時(shí)候不通過的，只有在了解自薦信和個(gè)人自述的格式，然后仔細(xì)分析自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)，寫出來的自薦材料才是最容易打動(dòng)學(xué)校的。
個(gè)人陳述有中學(xué)推薦資格的學(xué)生，相對(duì)于自薦的學(xué)生通過高校初審是比較容易的，所以如果可能，建議家長盡可能爭取校薦資格。自薦的學(xué)生，如果沒有很硬的獲獎(jiǎng)證明，唯一能說服高校老師給考生一個(gè)考試的機(jī)會(huì)可能就是個(gè)人陳述材料了。
自主招生初審階段，個(gè)人陳述是高校招辦老師了解學(xué)生的一個(gè)重要手段，考生的平時(shí)成績和高中階段獲得的重要獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，是否能通過自主招生初審的主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，除此之外就是個(gè)人陳述了，一個(gè)好的個(gè)人陳述對(duì)于考生來說就是助推劑，甚至特別優(yōu)秀的個(gè)人陳述也能決定你能否通過初審。
個(gè)人陳述在寫之前，先要整理出來一個(gè)思路。回憶一下你在成長經(jīng)歷中對(duì)你影響比較大的故事、人物，再把你所有的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和特長羅列出來，不要覺得自己沒有什么優(yōu)點(diǎn)，可以和父母或者一些關(guān)系比較親密的人討論，通過他們的口來發(fā)掘和認(rèn)識(shí)你自己。
通過各種途徑詳細(xì)了解你要報(bào)考的大學(xué)特色，但是短時(shí)間了解一個(gè)大學(xué)的特點(diǎn)對(duì)于一個(gè)高三考生來說是比較困難的，我們先可以在網(wǎng)上查詢大學(xué)的校訓(xùn)、大學(xué)的歷史、大學(xué)所在地域特點(diǎn)、大學(xué)的優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科、大學(xué)中曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過的一些感人的故事，大學(xué)名師和名人校友等方面來入手了解一個(gè)大學(xué)。此外還要了解你報(bào)考的專業(yè)將來要從事什么職業(yè)，是否符合你的人生理想，也要了解你所報(bào)考的專業(yè)，在大學(xué)中學(xué)習(xí)哪些課程。
下一步，需要確定一個(gè)大概的文章思路，結(jié)合你報(bào)考的大學(xué)和專業(yè)特點(diǎn)，確定應(yīng)該重點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)哪些優(yōu)勢(shì)特長。然后就需要確立文章的整理思路，開頭表達(dá)要新穎，中間部分重點(diǎn)說明你的特長優(yōu)勢(shì)和學(xué)習(xí)成長歷程，再加一些你的人生感悟。結(jié)尾部分最好說明一下你的報(bào)考這個(gè)大學(xué)和專業(yè)的理由，然后表述你對(duì)未來的.規(guī)劃和你的理想。
這樣一篇個(gè)人陳述的大體框架就比較完整了。
在寫的過程中還有一些注意事項(xiàng)：
1、要分清主次，有所強(qiáng)調(diào);一定要圍繞事先確定的內(nèi)容和思路進(jìn)行撰寫，寫的時(shí)候不要東一榔頭西一棒子，覺得這樣重要，那也重要，都想放進(jìn)去，把自己寫的無比優(yōu)秀，這樣缺乏文章的連貫性，讓讀者老師覺得很你很浮躁。一定要在眾多優(yōu)點(diǎn)中突出能符合你所報(bào)大學(xué)和專業(yè)要求的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，其他優(yōu)點(diǎn)簡單提一下，甚至可以不提;
2、思路新穎，要有一個(gè)比較好的切入點(diǎn)，好的開頭能讓你老師對(duì)你印象深刻，也能吸引老師閱讀下去;
3、文章主體為說明文，可以兼用敘述、議論、描寫、抒情等多種表達(dá)方式;
4、將考生所獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)穿插在考生的興趣愛好、文章觀點(diǎn)和故事當(dāng)中，作為說明考生情況的一種結(jié)果，盡量用高中期間的獲獎(jiǎng)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，實(shí)在沒有可以用高中以前的，寫明獲獎(jiǎng)名次及名稱，這些獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的使用，應(yīng)該是和文章的有機(jī)結(jié)合，是為了說明你的特長、優(yōu)勢(shì)，不能為說明獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)而寫;
5、情感真摯，不做作。具體形象表現(xiàn)考生的成績和能力時(shí)，關(guān)鍵要感情真摯，表現(xiàn)一個(gè)真實(shí)的人;對(duì)于一個(gè)報(bào)考理工科而且語文成績不是十分突出的考生，文字盡量要樸實(shí)，鋪陳直述，可以不用那么多華麗的辭藻堆砌;
6、充分張揚(yáng)XX后高考考生的風(fēng)貌個(gè)性，每個(gè)人都有自己的夢(mèng)想，想象一下，每年一個(gè)大學(xué)的自主招生至少有三四千人報(bào)考，一個(gè)招辦老師可能需要閱讀上千封個(gè)人陳述;好的文章不會(huì)讓老師感到厭煩，能通過你的個(gè)人陳述喜歡上你這個(gè)人;
7、文筆好的學(xué)生寫的時(shí)候注意文字流暢，無錯(cuò)字語病，有一定文采，文字精練又有深意，可以引經(jīng)據(jù)典，可以用排比、擬人、比喻等一些修辭手法穿插在文章中，突出自己的個(gè)性，能讓審閱老師閱讀時(shí)留下深刻美好的印象;
8、可以寫寫為什么要報(bào)考這個(gè)大學(xué)，為什么報(bào)考這個(gè)專業(yè)，適當(dāng)表現(xiàn)出考生對(duì)所報(bào)考大學(xué)的向往和對(duì)所報(bào)考專業(yè)的喜愛;

一是xx科技大學(xué)是一所國家教育部直屬的，擁有研究生院，本科專業(yè)涵蓋了理、工、文、經(jīng)、管、法、教育等學(xué)科門類的全國著名綜合性重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，是國家“211工程”和“985工程”首批重點(diǎn)建設(shè)大學(xué)，是一所有著堅(jiān)實(shí)的學(xué)術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)闹螌W(xué)傳統(tǒng)，校園環(huán)境優(yōu)美的大學(xué)。在這樣的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境里，無論是在知識(shí)能力，還是在個(gè)人素質(zhì)修養(yǎng)方面，我會(huì)受益匪淺。
二是xx科技大學(xué)是一所以工為主的大學(xué)，這符合了我的學(xué)科興趣，我是一個(gè)理科生，尤其以數(shù)學(xué)、物理學(xué)科見長，這次推薦我參加自主招生的就是我的數(shù)學(xué)老師和物理老師。我喜歡在這樣自主開放的環(huán)境里學(xué)習(xí)，希望可以有更為廣闊的發(fā)展前景。
三是xx科技大學(xué)堅(jiān)持以“厚基礎(chǔ)，寬口徑，強(qiáng)能力，高素質(zhì)”的人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，在教學(xué)中注重創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)，注重提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)，學(xué)校實(shí)施了一系列教學(xué)改革新措施包括：名師上講臺(tái)工程、中英文雙語教學(xué)工程、“創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)”工程、本碩連讀制度等，還有一系列的完善學(xué)分制管理的制度，包括主輔修制、彈性學(xué)制、第二學(xué)位制、優(yōu)異生培養(yǎng)制度等。
現(xiàn)在有很多的大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后面臨就業(yè)難的問題，這也將是我今后不能回避的，但我想，這是一個(gè)適應(yīng)社會(huì)的問題。大學(xué)是一個(gè)可以接觸并嘗試眾多領(lǐng)域的獨(dú)一無二的`場所，是一個(gè)溝通社會(huì)的平臺(tái)。我希望這里掌握生活技能，培養(yǎng)自己的社會(huì)角色，使自己能承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任，權(quán)利和義務(wù)，成為一個(gè)真正的社會(huì)人。
現(xiàn)在的科技發(fā)展可謂日新月異，我的學(xué)習(xí)是要掌握最基本的學(xué)習(xí)工具和方法，將來利用這些工具和方法，再去學(xué)習(xí)新的東西。我們不可能靠在大學(xué)里學(xué)到的知識(shí)來維護(hù)一生的，以后如果不再學(xué)了，照樣會(huì)落后，所以，本科讀什么專業(yè)不能完全決定畢業(yè)后的工作方向。我希望根據(jù)我的學(xué)科特長，選擇適合我的專業(yè)，但是我不會(huì)太在意專業(yè)的趨向，絕對(duì)服從學(xué)校根據(jù)我的情況進(jìn)行專業(yè)調(diào)劑。
