Dear all,

First of all, I’d like to say that I’ve really enjoyed my working here with all of you. However, I think it’s about time for me to leave. When you see this letter, it is the time for me to say good-bye. Needless to say, after several years working together, this decision is not an easy one. It will be appreciated to make my resignation effective on 8/March, 2012.

I’m quitting because I don’t want to be stuck in a rut. I want to move on and try something different. I would like to change an environment to expand my horizons and have a chance to get ahead, for me and my family.

Time passed so fast, I’ve been here and served WS for almost half and four years without notice. I feel very lucky and proud to have grown up with our WS team. During these years, I have worked with different excellent colleagues and shared our hard time、happiness & success together. This is one of the most important periods of my life. I really appreciate having had the opportunity to work and learn with you all.

Hereby, I would like to express my especial appreciation to Paul, Larry, Susan, David, Martin and Jean. I couldn’t develop my career as I did without your guidance, encouragement and support. I appreciate for everything you did for me (especially for my family personal affairs) during these years and everything I learnt from you.

I hope my resignation would not cause you much inconvenience. At the same time, I hope you could find a new person with right qualification very soon to instead of me. I will try my best to hand over my job to him or her and make sure everything will be going on well and smoothly.

Finally, thanks again to everyone and everything here. And wish you all have a good luck every day and a prosperous 2012.
