          英文求職信基本格式

          1.地址/稱謂

          很多公司在招聘信息里并沒有寫明要將履歷表與求職信寄給某某人,而是說“寄人事部門/電郵地址。但是,一旦公司寫出了特定的部門(例如銷售部)或特定的收件人(陳小姐、林主任),求職者就必須按此信息,完整無誤的寫在求職信上。

          2.第一段

          開門見山的表示對該公司的某某職位有興趣,請給我面試的機會。如果,曾經跟公司的誰、在什么場合見面,因為相談甚歡、獲益匪淺,所以對貴公司深感興趣。

          小提醒:

          應征職位的職稱,必須要與公司在報紙上或網絡上刊登的一字不差,例如有的公司征financial specialist, 就不要覺得差不多或是粗心大意,寫成financial associate。

          曾經與這家公司的接觸及人脈經營,要寫出特定的場合、特定的公司人員的職稱或姓名。例如貴公司幾月幾日在某大學辦的人才招聘會/某展覽會/書展,我與某某部門的某某先生小姐,聊到什么事情,更加深了對貴公司某職位的興趣。

          3.第二段

          你必須了解雇主的企業文化、組織愿景,或是經營的方向,然后指出你的價值觀與人格如何跟公司的價值觀與文化得以結合。

          小提醒:

          必須要研究公司的財報、網站、媒體報道、領導人講話,或是透過跟公司員工的接觸,才能對公司的價值觀與文化有足夠的洞察力。

          4.第三段

          你要表現出你的.技能與能力,佐以過去的成就與經驗,已印證你可以勝任所申請的工作。

          小提醒:

          為了徹底了解某職位的責任、工作內容與所需條件,必須了解產業、公司、并且跟做過這個職位、或是工作上跟這個職位有交集的人員深談。不要被頭銜所誤導、想當然爾的認為這個頭銜的工作內容就是如何。

          要以讀者(面試官及該公司)為中心,強調你可以為這個雇主貢獻什么,而不是這個工作可以讓你學到什么、或對你有什么好處。把自己當作一個商品,你要做的是引起雇主的興趣與“購買欲望”,買你的技能與能力。

          列舉明確、可以數量化或質量化的例子,來左證各人技能與長處。

          描述各人成就時,用字遣詞要簡明有原創性,不要老生常談。語氣要有信心,使用行動動辭。

          盡量少用“我(I)”這個字。

          5.第四段

          告訴收信人,希望獲得面試機會,以及你將采取的后續行動(例如將在幾后打電話給他,跟他請教面試的流程)。再次強調對這家公司與職位的興趣,語氣要正面熱情,以積極的態度要求面試。

          求職信的書寫訣竅

          1.表現自我的個性及特質

          建議使用積極正面的陳述方式。

          2.文章不可冗長

          控制在總共四段、每段五行以內。

          3.前瞻性的氣魄

          具有勇于突破與開創氣質的人是外商公司的最愛。因此并不需要對之前辭職的原委做太多的解釋。

          4.少用第一人稱

          為了避免流于自大與主觀的缺點,盡量少用第一人稱。
