　　求職信標準格式寫作

　　1、信的右上角或者左上角要留出三行，包括家庭地址，國家，城市，郵政編碼和日期。

　　2、左對齊的下三行是寫在日期的下面，稱呼的上面。這塊地方寫的是詳細地址，包括國家，城市和郵政編碼。

　　3、稱呼的后面要用冒號而不要用逗號，寫稱呼時要用正式的語氣。"親愛的harper小姐"而不要"親愛的jennifer"。

　　4、要用具體的稱呼(例如不要寫"給有關負責人")。設法知道誰將收到你的信。如果有必要，打電話詢問公司。如果你還是不能確定具體的名字，就稱呼"招聘經理，""人事部經理，"或者就稱"經理。"

　　5、每段之間必須空一行，沒有必要首行縮進

　　6、你可以用著重號和黑體字來組織自薦信并強調其內容，使文章易讀，但要慎用。
