公司的老板大多認(rèn)為，注重小節(jié)的人對(duì)重大的事務(wù)也會(huì)謹(jǐn)慎行事。一個(gè)人做人做事是否謹(jǐn)慎可以從一封求職信中看出端倪來。你別看輕了短短的一封信，一封求職信可以顯露出一個(gè)人的嗜好、鑒別力、教育程度以及人格特性。下列幾個(gè)要點(diǎn)便是泄露一個(gè)人‘機(jī)密‘的地方。因此，寫信人非格外留意不可。
1、紙張的選用：最好使用品質(zhì)優(yōu)良，白色的信紙。信封要配合信紙的質(zhì)料和顏色。
2、書寫：求職者常需用親手寫信，字體要寫得清潔可辯，龍飛鳳舞的字跡無疑是自尋絕路。如果可能的話，使用打字機(jī)把信打出來。這樣看起來比較具有商業(yè)氣息。
3、格式：信文要適當(dāng)?shù)嘏帕性谛偶堉校袷揭恢拢绮捎谬R頭式（或斜線式）便需全部一致，不可中途改變
4、語法、標(biāo)點(diǎn)和拼寫：正確無誤的語法、標(biāo)點(diǎn)和拼寫使讀信人感到舒暢，錯(cuò)誤的語法或拼寫則十分明顯，一望即知，予人壞印象。尤其要注意的是，絕不可把收信人的姓名或公司名號(hào)拼錯(cuò)了。
5、信封：信封上面的地址要完整，稱謂要合時(shí)宜，信紙的折疊要適當(dāng)，大小適合信封。
6、附件：求職信函通常不須附加推薦信，除非招聘廣告有此要求。遇到這種情形，只須附上復(fù)印件即可。求職函內(nèi)附加郵票或回址信封，強(qiáng)迫對(duì)方答覆的作法不足效法，除非對(duì)方有此要求。
