　　很高興有機會能參加這次面試和各位教授交流。首先，我簡潔地介紹一下自己，我叫宋xx，今年xx歲，來自河南商丘，畢業于河南理工大學機械與動力工程學院，所學的專業是工業設計，其次，我想談一下我四年的大學生活，讓我學到了很多，很多的實踐讓我從從各個方面提高了自己，不但讓我學會了如何思考，學習的方法，還讓我看到了實踐的重要性，作為一名學生，我深知學習機會的不易，我學習很努力，其中3年拿了學校的獎學金，我還積極地參加各種活動和設計大賽，曾在河南理工大學首屆和第二屆青少年科技文化節中分別榮獲“攝影大賽優秀獎”和“節徽設計大賽二等獎”。在中的“張江杯”設計大賽中工業設計類中設計的筆記本電腦榮獲優秀獎。在大學中我也遇到了好的老師和朋友，從他們身上我學到了很多東西，這對我能力的提高和成長起了很大的作用。

　　再次，我來介紹一下我的畢業之后的工作情況，我大致工作了兩年的時間，第一年是在xx特工業設計公司，擔任工業設計師，主要從事產品設計工作，曾在設計總監的帶領下為參加多個設計項目—泉州佳樂集團開發的可視門鈴設計和輝煌水暖xx年的新產品開發設計。其中為輝煌水暖開發命名為龍的水龍頭已投入生產并獲得了好評。第二年是在福建文創太陽能有限公司工作，擔任設計師，主要的工作為太陽能燈具和音響的產品設計，公司畫冊的設計；為公司的設計的多款太陽能燈具已投入生產，并受到了客戶的好評，在工業設計小組共同努力下設計的太陽能音響已進入了產品的測試階段，在公司的期間曾多次到車間深入了解材料工藝模具加工和產品生產過程，多次到廣交會順德工業設計博覽會了解市場的產品信息。

　　最后，我想談一下，我考研的原因和研究的方向，我喜歡做設計，當看著自己的創意和產品得到別人認可的時候是一件無比興奮的事情；還有就是兩年的工作經驗讓我認識到我專業知識的.局限，感覺在設計方面還有很多東西要學，自己的知識和能力還遠遠不夠，特別是在經濟快速發展的今天，更需要通過系統的復習來提高自己的能力，來最大化地實現自我價值，想通過3年的學習來對工業設計有個更加深入的了解，我很喜歡學校的感覺和體現出來的學習氛圍，到處充滿著青春活力，有很多的機會讓你去實踐和嘗試，讓人可以深入思考和進行學術的研究。如果我有機會在這所學校學習，我計劃把自己的研究方向定為工業設計，因為我發現設計在社會的發展中發揮了越來越重要的作用，特別在國家由制造業大國轉變為創新型國家的時候更是如此，雖然現在中國整個社會對設計的認可還不是很高，特別是在一些中小型企業中，但是縱觀一些發達國家的發展過程，不難發現，工業設計將會在社會發展起到不可替代的作用。

　　一、我們一進入考場，考官一般都要求作自我介紹，開頭可以用一句話引入，例如：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here. 然后就可以進入主題，介紹自己及相關的信息等等。

　　二、自我介紹的主體內容

　　① 姓名，介紹自己姓名時，發音一定要慢要準。

　　② 年齡，年齡可說可不說

　　③原來的院校、專業：一定要把原來學校或公司的英文名稱、專業的英文名稱弄清楚。在職考生則應將自己公司、自己職位、職稱的英文名稱弄明白。

　　④性格、能力，可以著重強調你的個性對你報考的專業有何積極的作用。以下是可供選擇的形容詞：carefully，detail-oriented、logical、steady、responsible、dependable、efficient、

　　⑥你對報考的專業有興趣，可適當舉出一些例子，如經常看相關的書籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強調知識教育對工作的影響。

　　基本上每個院校每個專業的口試中都會涉及這一方面。考官其實是要借此了解你的口頭表達能力以及你的報名表之外的一些信息。自我介紹時間以2-3分鐘為宜。思路要清楚，要突出重點，口語盡量流利(不要太流利了，有背誦之嫌)。

　　1)考官要求你作自我介紹時，不要用…let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重復、啰嗦。開頭可以只用一句話引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here.然后就可以進入主題，介紹姓名、年齡等等。

　　2) 自我介紹的主體內容

　　①姓名。介紹自己姓名時，發音一定要準(南方考生要多加注意)。

　　②年齡。年齡可以跟在姓名后帶過(I am XXX, 25 years old)。

　　③原來的院校、專業。注意：一定要把原來學校的'英文名稱、專業的英文名稱弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨專業的學生)。所屬的公司、職位。注意：在職考生則應將自己公司、自己職位/職稱的英文名稱弄明白。

　　④性格、能力。可以著重強調你的個性對你報考的專業有何積極的作用。如果報考的是學術性的專業，可以說自己細心(carefully，detail-oriented)、條理分明(logical)、踏實(steady)等;如果是研究性、應用性更強一點的專業，可以說自己負責(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。

　　其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容詞有：active, aggressive(有進取心的), adaptable, amicable(友好的), analytical(善于分析的), cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主見的), innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一絲不茍的), temperate等等。

　　在職考生或有過工作經驗的考生還可以強調一下你的工作成績，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation.

　　⑤愛好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.除了強調你的學習的重視，同時也要避免給考官一種“書呆子”的感覺。一般可以從體育、音樂、電影等方面來說，同時要簡單說明這些愛好對你的積極意義(build my body, relax myself, open my mind…);注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的愛好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。

　　⑥你對報考的專業有興趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with…)，可適當舉出一些例子，如經常看相關的書籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強調知識教育對工作的影響：In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication. That’s why I long for entering your prestigious university.

　　3)結束時可以用說：That’s all about me. / Well, that’s who I am. Thanks for your attention.

　　在面試中，自我介紹無疑是考生向老師展現自己的最直接的一種手段，自我介紹說得好不好，直接關系著老師對你的第一印象分，在心理學上被稱為“首因效應”。那在自我介紹中如何展現個性，如何獲得老師好感呢?

　　1、總體介紹

　　自我介紹分為中文和英文自我介紹兩種，中文介紹各個學校的時間不等，但基本在3分鐘左右，英文介紹比較簡單，1分鐘左右就可以。自我介紹需要依次介紹自己的基本信息，學術學業情況，生活和學習的經歷，參加過哪些社會活動，獲得過何種表彰，發表過哪些論文，為什么想，讀研的目的，興趣愛好等，最后記得加上感謝語。

　　自我介紹有幾個不可或缺的要素：名字，年紀，畢業學校，專業，家鄉，特長愛好。從中要體現考生的科研潛力，要重點突出圍繞所報考的專業從“做過什么”，“做成過什么”，“將來想怎么做”幾方面展開，突出自己的特長和專長，體現學生的思維邏輯。

　　2、各個擊破

　　1.表明身份：只要介紹好自己的姓名，年齡，原來的院校、專業即可。注意發音要準，吐字要清晰。

　　2.概括自己的實踐經歷和學術學業情況：

　　此部分老師看中的是考生從這些實踐經歷中獲得的收獲，對以后學業的幫助，并不僅僅是經歷本身。概括自己的特點：此部分用簡短的話概括自己的特點，如，性格，愛好等，不要太夸張，也不要太羅嗦，并且體現這些特點對自己身心的提升能力。

　　通過自我介紹要向老師展現你自己的優點在哪里，考生為何適合這個專業，切勿提與所報考專業無關的優點，注意要向老師展現你的邏輯感，要傳遞出一種積極向上，自信陽光的感覺。

　　3.注意技巧

　　自我介紹需要做到獨樹一幟，可以使用幽默的方式，如：比喻，文學引用等，說話要有層次，條理清楚，抓住重點，但說話的時候要避免過度花哨，油腔滑調，也不要說滿和說謊，做到適可而止即可。

　　1.落落大方，不要太過緊張，不要太敏感。

　　2.說話的時候語言簡潔，口齒清楚,表達委婉流暢。態度要保持自然、友善、親切、隨和。

　　3.充滿信心，要敢于正視對方的雙眼，保持微笑，顯得胸有成竹，從容不迫。心理素質不夠硬的同學，建議自己多對鏡練習。

　　4.切忌“背誦式”的呆板陳述，自我介紹可以提前打好腹稿，但是切忌面無表情，背書式的進行陳述，要做到面帶微笑，適當的眼神交流，做到自信表達。

　　【面試技巧】

　　1、面試問題分兩類

　　面試中可能問到兩類問題：專業知識類問題和綜合素質類問題。為了避免大家過度緊張，導師們一般會善意地先問你綜合素質類問題，最后才會問你專業知識類問題。

　　問綜合素質類問題時，導師其實是想了解你是個什么樣的人。綜合素質類常常包括這些方面：你考研的原因，你的優缺點、特長、興趣愛好、學習成績，愛讀的課外書籍，對出國的看法，對自己大學生活的看法，懂得的語言及達到什么水平，對自己復試表現的評價，覺得自己是否能被錄取，沒錄取怎么辦，未來職業向往，讀研期間規劃，以及自我介紹等。

　　專業類問題：這類問題根據學科不同，老師們的側重點也不同，重點是自己要有自信。你能夠過所報考的大學的復試分數線，首先專業學術上肯定沒有問題;但是怎么做到揚長避短，讓老師比較全面的認識到你的水平，并且展示你的科研能力及熱愛度。

　　2、面試需要準備些什么

　　充分研究老師著作：認真研讀老師的著作及論文，保持與老師觀點一致即可，不用背下來。回答問題是，切忌不懂裝懂班門弄斧，記住老師都是專業研究這個領域的。愛好與專業爭取保持一致，比如喜歡閱讀的書籍要選體現專業性思維的書籍，不能什么書都說，可以實現準備上一兩本書。
