電話面試后又要求做在線測試是什么情況？

　　有同學遇到類似情況嗎?我是9.7電面的，后來一直沒有消息，剛才收到這樣一封郵件

　　Thank you for applying 2012 HSBC China Banker Development Programme. We

　　are warmly inviting you to the second step of the whole selection process.

　　Please ensure the test is completed by yourself. A validation test might

　　be in place during the later selection process to ensure the authenticity

　　of your test result. Please complete the test before deadline. Otherwise,

　　you will not be included in the further selection.

　　Please complete the assessment by 14Oct 2011.

　　為什么電面后又要在線測試呢?不是應該f2f了嗎?奇怪。。。ps.當時網申后沒有做過在線測試
